Internal regulations Albergo Adele – Bormio (updated 02/2026)
Art. 1 BOOKING CONFIRMATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless special conditions are applied and confirmed in writing by the hotel, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit must be paid within 7 days from receipt of the booking confirmation email. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation and of all agreements confirmed in writing up to that moment.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations (received in written form) up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be partially refunded, with a penalty of €20 per person deducted.
- For cancellations (received in written form) up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be partially refunded, with a penalty of €30 per person deducted.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and will be fully retained as a penalty.
Art. 2 HOUSE RULES
2.1 MUTUAL RESPECT IS OUR FIRST RULE.
2.2 Albergo Adele provides its sporty guests with free access to alarmed, externally video-monitored and locked storage rooms for sports equipment.
2.3 It is strictly forbidden to bring sports equipment (skis, ski boots, bicycles, etc.) into guest rooms or common areas.
2.4 Parking is not guaranteed for any guest, and no guest may reserve a parking space in the hotel courtyard.
2.5 Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and in all common areas. Violations will result in a charge of €150 to cover the costs of general cleaning of the entire room.
2.6 The entire hotel is equipped with smoke detectors in accordance with national law. In case of a false alarm caused intentionally or by negligence, the responsible person will be reported to the competent authorities.
2.7 Check-in is guaranteed from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
2.8 Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. will be considered a NO-SHOW and the respective penalties will apply.
2.9 Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
2.10 Late check-out will result in the charge of the following night.
2.11 The number of guests at check-in must correspond to the number indicated at the time of booking (including children of any age). If more guests arrive than originally booked, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding penalties applied. If fewer guests arrive, the full amount of the original reservation will still be charged.
2.12 For security reasons, access to guest rooms by non-registered visitors is not permitted, even if they are friends or relatives of registered guests.
2.13 We love animals; however, our hotel is not suitably equipped to host them. Therefore, pets are not allowed.
2.14 Cooking or heating food inside the rooms is not permitted.
2.15 Food and beverages available at the breakfast buffet may only be consumed in the dining room and may not be taken away for later consumption.
2.16 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or common areas.
2.17 In the event of early departure or late arrival compared to the booked period, the hotel is entitled to charge the full agreed amount.
2.18 The hotelier is obliged to provide the guest with a room corresponding to the booked category and to deliver the agreed services.
2.19 The hotelier is responsible for items and equipment taken into custody by himself, a family member, or a staff member.
2.20 Guests may exercise their rights in compliance with all hotel regulations and house rules.
2.21 The hotelier may offer alternative accommodation in a nearby property of equal or higher category:
a) for example, in the case of a room becoming unusable or for significant operational needs requiring such decision;
b) any additional costs related to the alternative accommodation shall be borne by the hotelier. This provision does not apply in the case of extension of stay.
2.22 If performance of the contract becomes impossible due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, government measures, etc.), both the hotelier and the guest may terminate the contract at any time without notice.
a) The guest is entitled to reimbursement of any amount paid as booking guarantee up to that moment.
b) The guest is not entitled to reimbursement for services already used.
